Jason Gong is a lifelong diversity, equity and inclusion champion. As practitioner with 20 years of results-driven DEI&B expertise, he has led and scaled DEI initiatives and teams at some of the most influential companies in the world including American Express, Facebook, Pinterest, and more. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Jason is a product of the NYC public school system and graduate of Dickinson College as a recipient of the prestigious Posse Foundation Foundation Scholarship.
