Salary Range: $70K-$80K
Location: Bay Area/Hybrid
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the direction and maintenance of our Salesforce database, which provides essential infrastructure support for our volunteer, donor, student, and research operations. This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of R&D.
The main organizational priorities for the Salesforce Administrator include:
- Provide ongoing administration, support, and training on the Salesforce database systemand related applications to continually improve and streamline the 826 Network’s use ofSalesforce; (50%)
- Lead our organizational Salesforce strategy by developing system policies and procedures for the 826 Network and identify and/or develop new resources to further enhance and strengthen the database; (30%) and,
- Support showcasing impact through the use of the existing database to better articulate, measure, and report out on impact. (20%)
