Kayla Good, Ph.D.

Kayla helps lead the charge in telling the data stories that demonstrate and amplify 826’s impact. She joined 826 after several years of leading research programs at the intersection of education and psychology. She holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Stanford University.  Writing has been her long-treasured creative outlet, and she is thrilled to be able to contribute to 826’s efforts to make writing education accessible to all students. In addition to writing, she loves to read and watch science fiction series, learn new languages, and explore San Francisco’s beautiful parks.
