826 Digital Resources | Hispanic Heritage Month

September 29, 2022

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!

From September 15 to October 15, we recognize and observe the history, culture, and achievements by the Hispanic and Latinx community. In celebration, we invite you to read and enjoy Arianny’s joyful poem, “My Latin Self” from 826 Boston’s “How We May Appear.”

In honor of this year’s theme, “Unidos: Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation,” we’ve selected writing prompts from 826 Digital that touches on inclusion and acceptance of different identities. This collection will inspire students to explore their identities through their culture through poems and personal narratives.

To learn more, click on about each 826 Digital prompt to see what students will learn and produce.
